Taichi Internal Arts T-shirt Orders

Members in these areas please download and complete the order form using the button below. Each member completes their own order form, gives the completed form with the correct payment to an instructor and gets a receipt. The instructor accumulates the order forms plus payments and gives them to Banyin.

Each banking amount must equal to the total of the Members Order Forms which are photocopied for the Supplier Order Form Preparation. These photocopies will be used to identify and distribute the T shirts to the members later.

The data in the Supplier Order Form Preparation is used to enter into the Supplier Order Forms initially as Tally Marks and later converted into numbers. (Members Orders ==> Supplier Order Form Preparation ==> Supplier Order Form Tally Marks ==> Supplier Order Form)

A small suitcase of T shirt samples will be available for members to try on. Please ensure the small suitcase is handed to the next centre as soon as possible.
